Appearance: Usually some mix of a t-shirt, light jacket and joggers. Footwear varies from running shoes (training) to “work” shoes (camp duties) to Yezzy-style shoes (for whenever).

Weapon: Celestial bronze xiphos sword with a composite grip, chrome plating at the top of the hilt, and a matte carbon black finish on the blade. He made the sword back in his fourth summer, adding the chrome and aftermarket grip after heading home and scoping out the local historical reenactment/Roman-based LARP scene. 
Julien also carries a plain celestial bronze dagger on him for whenever he's somewhere a sword is too out of place.

Armor: Relatively standard celestial bronze Greek armor, including helmet, breastplate, a right bracer for that wrist, and shin guards. A piece of leather on his right shoulder protects an area wounded in battle with Gaia’s giants, while the left shin guard is extended to shield the top of the foot. All of these (save for the leather) are painted in a matte black finish similar to the xiphos, with the edges getting a gloss black finish. Like with the xiphos, the armor was painted while he was home after his fourth summer.

Skills/Talents:
- Can heel and toe a standard/manual transmission.
- Proficient at snowboarding, has a board and boots both back home and at camp.
- Skateboarding was an interest before he came to camp, but his skills on a board are rusty today.
- After spending such a long time at his father’s races, he has learned how  
 to operate a pneumatic lug-nut gun  - what pit crews use to change tires.
- Thanks to some reluctantly-taken fencing classes before coming to CHB and subsequent training at camp, Julien is a force to be reckoned with in the arena.


Flaws:
- Julien is plagued by bad acne, as well as being much more prone to minor injuries/infections like plantar warts, blisters, and Athlete's Foot.
- In the heat of competition/battle, Julien becomes a real hothead and it takes a long time for him to get back to a tolerable mood - especially if he loses.
- When he was down in the pits at one of his father's races, a tire fell off of a rack and landed on Julien's left foot. Several trips to the doctor and four years of healing later, he now has a slight limp
 when he walks and can not run very well.
- While his dyslexia is better than the average demigod's, Julien suffers from enhanced ADHD. While this has its benefits in battle, Julien can barely keep focused without Ritalin when in peacetime.
-  Being the son of a minor goddess, Julien feels the need to go toe to toe with anyone with a major
 10 (Hera and Artemis lack kids, so 10 instead of 12) parent. And when it comes to someone with a big three parent...he can be a bit of a pest.

Personality: Julien's personality is an outgoing one, viewing every day as a challenge ready to be conquered. Usually in a good mood, he is always open for a conversation and beyond willing to drop whatever he has going on for a chance to spar. Julien is so confident in his ability to prevail at everything that has dropped several thousand euros/pounds/USD on even the most trivial of events. While this is illogical, Julien sees this as a way to reinforce the need to win. After all, it is not the euphoria of victory that drives Julien, but his sheer hatred for the agony of defeat.

Abilities: Being a child of the goddess of victory, Julien’s abilities are intended to help him in athletic events.
- Julien is able to run 20% faster than a normal human, but this hampered by his bad foot, rendering
 this passive ability almost useless.
- His accuracy is increased by 30% at all ranges when in a competitive event, but this does not extend into practice. This covers all shooting sports (hunting, archery, firearms-based events, etc.) and conventional sports (hockey, golf, soccer, etc.).
- In the name of good sportsmanship, Julien's tolerance to alcohol and drugs is much lower than the average person.

Powers: Julien is powerless

Social Status: Very social. Popularity is relative, but he gets around.


Summer or Year Rounder: Goes for part of the Spring, all of Summer (usually arrives a day or two after LeMans wraps up), part of Fall, and a few weeks in Winter. So basically a Year Rounder.


Years at Camp:  Eight and has been claimed for six of them.


Life Before Camp:
When Silvio Bianchi, a highly successful amateur racer at the time, was 26 years old, he was called up by the team he was signed to to act as their replacement driver in the Acropolis Rally - an auto rally located outside of Athens, Greece. While he was there, he managed to impress a disguised Nike and wound up having a one night stand with her.

Several months after the race, Silvio had moved to from Italy to Switzerland following a team change and an advancement of his career. In the February of the next year, Julien was brought down to his father in a golden cradle bearing a laurel, dagger, and note explaining the whole demigod thing to Silvio. This is when he learned of Camp Half-Blood to his attention.

When Julien was 11, his father decided to move him to CHB out of the belief that it would be safer if they (Julien and Silvio) were separated for the summer.

Julien’s first summer at camp was not much to write home about. The young Julien learned about this whole new world and how to defend himself in it, and was armed with a CB dagger courtesy of the camp armory.

Julien’s second through fourth years were important for determining his identity at camp. The years of the Labyrinth, Titan and Giant battles saw Bianchi forge his legend through the heat of battle. He was sidelined in the Giant War with a near-fatal injury.

For the next few years, Julien would increase his amount of time at camp, going from being a summer only resident to being at camp whenever the school’s schedule would allow him.
