He always gets compared to his older brother, the strong and powerful one, or his older sister, the smart and artistic one. Charlie is very quiet and keeps to himself, but bullies somehow find a way to him. Charlie wants nothing but the best for everyone and believes there's good in everyone. He prefers love over war. Charlie is extremely clumsy, and can barely be operational on his own two feet. He has average intelligence.

• Charlie can use water, up to 20 gallons at once, as a weapon (to throw, etc.). He has a four post cooldown.
  
• Charlie can heal others and himself using water. The time it takes depends on the situation; for minor injuries, there is a 2 post cooldown, for regular ones 4 post, for medium 6 posts, and for major 8 posts. After a medium one, he becomes slightly ill, and after major, he may pass out.
  
• Charlie can go on a "war rage," which makes him 200% quicker, stronger, and injury-prone. This lasts two posts with a 5 post cooldown.

History (four sentences or more): Charlie was born to the Virgo family, a family with deep history behind it, in New Rome. He had a hard time in school and socially. His ADHD is even worse than that of an average demigod, and he was very socially backward. This caused him to be a huge target throughout elementary school, with his brother being his only metaphorical shield. Things got worst in middle school, when he figured out he was gay, which made for even worse bullying. Charlie eventually went to guidance and therapists about his depression from these experiences. He couldn't understand why everyone was a jerk to him. This went on until he met Delilah Lockwood, who quickly became his best friend and mentor. She helped him through the tough times. Charlie likes going to her house to hang out and talk about cute boys. Charlie joined the Legion when he was age 10, with his lack of skills landing him in the 5th Cohort.
