• Inspiration. As a legacy of Liber, Milana can inspire those around her be vocal of their viewpoint or even riot against authorities. On one to five (1-5) people, this lasts for five (3) posts with a five (5) post cooldown. On six to ten (6-10) people, this lasts for four (4) posts with a seven (7) post cooldown. On eleven or more (11-?) people, this lasts for three (3) posts with a twelve (12) post cooldown and will severely weaken her. Using this power too often in a single topic will eventually cause her to pass out.

History (four sentences or more): Milana is the only child of the Ennises: Anika, a legacy of Liber, and Warren, a legacy of Quirinus. Despite the two of them having retired from lesser cohorts without rank, they raised their daughter to uphold their version of Roman ideals, some of which conflicts with the current methods of the Legion. Under such parenting, Milana eventually grew to hold more reactionary views on being a Roman and how the Legion should operate. At the age of eleven, Milana joined the Third Cohort and has been steadily growing more and more disillusioned with her identity as a modern Roman ever since.
