Personality:You see that girl standing there among the other two? No, not that one, the one with the blonde hair. Yeah that’d be Blair Marques, or as a lot of people call her ‘The sideb!tch’ or just plain out ‘b!tch.’ The worst part about Blair is the simple fact that she’ll come across as shy and studious, but once you get close enough to her the darkness comes out to play a little. Blair has a lot of fun with teasing and taunting people, she’ll make digs whenever she can and she tends to be very rude and comes across blunt as hell. There’s no beating around the bush for Blair Marques, especially when you ask her for her opinion. Sweet is not a term she’d have used for her, if anything she’d be a sour candy, like a warhead.

Blair does have some redeeming qualities you could say. She’s very flirtatious and charismatic, she can talk to just about anyone for any length of time. When she has her eyes set on you she almost always gets what she wants, she can just manifest them to be hers.

Getting to know the blonde you can also find that she is quite intelligent and well read. This ties back to the studious part about her. She’s read just about any classic literature novel there is and done book studies on them, she’s been to numerous plays and musicals. She’s quick on her toes and can usually think of something in a jiff.

Lastly, if it doesn’t come out of her mouth, you can definitely see it on her face, unless of course she’s trying to come across as the innocent flower, but be the serpent beneath it. She’s very good at manipulation.

Abilities: Water propulsion: While in water she can use it to propel her at very fast speeds. She moves way faster in water than she does on land.
Water Solidification: Blair can turn water into an almost completely solid state which allows her to walk on water.
Water pressure immunity: Blair is immune from any water pressure.
Underwater Breathing: She can breathe underwater.
Horses: She can speak with horses.
Sea Creatures: She can speak with sea creatures.
Powers: Enhancing healing: Blair can heal others as long as she has access to a source of water. She can heal semi deep cuts, but nothing super serious. This drains energy so if she uses it once she needs at least a 5 post cool down.
Water Blasts: She can use water in a form of offensive combat, propelling water at her enemies and knocking them over and weakening them with water. She can do it for 3 posts but as a cool down of 4 posts.

History: Back in the year 2001 on the fall equinox a little bundle of joy was born to Nadine Marques. It was in the city of Montreal for which the baby known as Blair would be born in and in the big city in the country of Canada lived the life of Nadine prior to the birth of Blair.

Nadine owned a townhouse of her own, it was a very nice and expensive townhouse in the Mount Royal area of Montreal, so near a volcanic hill and a park, but still close to the downtown side of Montreal. Living in the townhouse would be Nadine Marques, Blair's Mother. Brooklyn Marques, Blair’s older sister. Hector Bergeron, Blair’s older stepbrother and finally Declan Bergeron was Blair’s stepfather.

Growing up in the townhouse in Montreal with the abundance of money her mother had made life relatively easy. It wasn’t a hard life by any means, besides being the youngest kid in the house. She would constantly hear Brooklyn and Declan fighting back and forth for hours on end about who was being more disruptive, when in truth it was both of them for shouting at each other in the first place.

It wasn’t hard being the girl in school who had the designer clothes, the newest toys when they first came out or when she were a preteen having the latest makeup or hair trends happening. It wasn’t hard having your first kiss at the age of thirteen or your first boyfriend or multiple boyfriends at one point. People would look at Blair’s life and all they would see is how great it would to be her, but then they’d never understand why she was so mean.

No one knew the reason for the simple fact, nobody knows what happens behind closed doors of a perfect life. You see the overall image of what the Marques family wants you to believe, but if you even had a hidden camera in the house for just a week you’d get a little bit of a glimpse into why and things might start to make a little more sense.

Ever since she was young she could remember being told by her older sister of her mom that she was going to get fat, she was going to get bigger and bigger if she didn’t stop eating so much. At some points in her life she truly had been a little chubby, which had got her onto various diets or cleanses that would be even worse for her body, so to cover up the fact her weight couldn’t be controlled she was given the designer clothes.

Ever since she was young she would be looked at in disgust if she read too many books, to the point her mother would throw them away or hide them. Blair always wanted to go into other things, she wanted to play volleyball, or she wanted to be a girls scout, but those things weren’t up to code in her house. Instead she would have to get dolled up for beauty pageants, she would have to force herself to throw up all her meals just to fit into a dress. Her mother would pull her out of school so she could learn various forms of dance and gymnastics because making sure you had variety in your talents was of the utmost importance.

Ever since she was young she would hear the verbal abuse from everyone, her home wasn’t a healthy home to grow up in, but it was all she knew. All Blair knows how to be is snippy and callous, cold to the touch. It was in her nature and the habits wouldn’t stop, just like the forcing herself to throw up wouldn’t stop, or the trying to make herself the prettiest she could be wouldn’t stop.

It was the age of fourteen that she would be recruited by Lupa’s wolves and be trained to go to camp. After her training she was placed in the fourth cohort at camp having no other references and the sheer fact Neptune wasn’t a very welcomed god in the Roman’s eyes.
